This kit allows for a complete overhaul of the carburetor with replacement of essential internal components to ensure optimal performance, improved idle stability, and precise throttle response.

Detailed description:

Carburetor master rebuild kit for Super E gasoline carburetors.
Includes a complete carburetor body rebuild kit and all the parts needed for a complete overhaul.

Kit contents:

  • Throttle shaft

  • New screws

  • Washers

  • Nuts

  • Butterfly return springs

  • Tank gasket

  • Richness screw with spring

  • Idle screw with spring

  • Needle valve with seat

  • Recirculation pump assembly (bellows, spring, diaphragm)

  • Complete new mounting kit

When the kit is used with a 360° swivel fuel inlet connector, it is necessary to use a S&S; hose, ref. 19-0475, with a 90° end (to be ordered separately).
