We deliver to mainland France and the European Union. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Free delivery is available for all orders over €100 in mainland France. Depending on the destination and order volume, we may use Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or another reliable carrier. A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without having to provide any reason. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days, although bank processing times may vary.

Certain items are non-refundable, including personalized products, perishable goods, personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and sale items, unless they are defective or not as described.
