These arrière 412 Series shock absorbers feature a double-walled monotube body filled with gas (nitrogen) for optimal shock absorption and consistent performance. The high-strength progressive springs provide an excellent compromise between comfort and road holding, automatically adapting to riding conditions.

The spring preload is adjustable to several positions so you can precisely adjust the suspension to your weight and use.
The Heavy Duty version is firmer than the standard version and is particularly suitable for:

  • Riders weighing over 100 kg

  • Motorcycles frequently used with a passenger

  • Touring or loaded configurations

The integrated covers offer a smooth, uniform black finish for a style that perfectly matches Dyna-Harley-Davidson.

Important:

A shorter shock absorber than the original lowers the ground clearance and changes the caster angle.
A longer shock absorber increases ground clearance and improves responsiveness when cornering.
If changing dimensions, check the wheel travel to avoid any belt or chain rubbing.
